Job Description:
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER must have the following skill set.
- Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business. Cold call as
- appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of
- opportunities.
- Need to generate Business. Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and
- leveraging your network.
- Must have team leading skills.( Who had at least led 15+ members in their team)
- Identify potential clients and the decision-makers within the client organization.
- Research and build relationships with new clients. Proven working experience as a
- Proven sales track record. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Communication and negotiation skills. Ability to build rapport.
- Time management and planning skills
- Experience in Service based company and Having Knowledge in the Security and
- Surveillance Industry is an add on.
