Job Description: Office Manager
Human Resource Functions:
Co-ordinate and Interview candidates (on communication and soft skills) and provide feedback to management for local office positions
Make recommendations on office policies and establish standards; measure results against standards; suggest necessary adjustments.
Initiate Campus Recruitment
Office Supervision Functions:
Coordinate with maintenance staff to maintain office supplies and other housekeeping things
Oversee the following functions of Admin, Maintenance of A/C, invertor ,Water Purifier and their Electronic Appliances
Scan all expense bills and send it to Accountant
Maintenance and Tracking of Petty Cash Spend
Facilitate and Coordinate periodic Team meetings
Any project assigned by Management
Visit bank periodically ( Invoices/Disposal/Salary)
Maintain separate expense sheet for Auditor use.
