Introduce and establish process control methods in manufacturing process like quality procedures, standards.
Work on system Audits (Surveillance / Re-Certification Audit) IATF-16949, QMS, EMS and OHSAS.
Prepare and maintain QMS & MR documentations such as quality manuals, quality procedure, quality standards etc.
Monitoring and reviewing improvement projects and initiating projects for COPQ reduction.
Good knowledge of 8D, KAIZEN, 7 QC tools, Why-Why analysis, CAPA, Six Sigma, Quality standards.
Knowledge of Making Quality Plan, Process flow, Quality checks point & Control Points.
Perform RCA and derive CAPA for internal & external escalations & Hands on experience.
Customer complaint resolution through 8D & conduct customer audits & capture VOC.
Continuously support & coordinate with engineering team & production team for process & product quality improvement.
Established new product PFMEA with initial control plan to maintain assembly line production goals.
Responsible for process product quality as per control plan (dimensions, appearance, & fitment).
Conducting Statistical process control (SPC) for process capability study & process improvement plan.
Chronic issue project coordinate and review with team for Quality / process Improvement.
System Audits in Shop floor (Process and Product Audit, MP Audit, LPA).
Conduct Quality Meeting (Rework/Rejection/Final NC) along with other departments member.
Reviewing internal & external customer requirement and making sure that they are met.
Responsible for PPAP document & PFMEA document for the new product development.
Identifying area of obstruction / Quality failure, advising on system & process change for qualitative improvement.
Leads manages and develops multiple teams to assure that Quality standards & improve skill through various training.
Responsible for measuring instrument & equipment calibration and their proper uses and handling.
Calibration & MSA of gauges & measuring instruments and procurement of new gauges.
Basic knowledge of Heat Treatment, Turning, Grinding, and Super finish (Honing) operation.
I have knowledge of Lean concept, Single piece flow, 5 'S', TPM, Line lay outing, FIFO.
Responsible for Conducting Salt Spray Testing & process validation.
