Manage overall workshop operations Enhanced workshop revenues Increase vehicle reporting Maximise customer satisfaction through quality repairs On time repairs by workshop Increase spare Sales Maintain contact with service customers Review with the Service Advisers  Collecting the Daily report and updates from the Service Advisor Coordinate parts requirements with the parts department. Spot-check repairs to assure quality and timely completion. Reporting the complete day workshop status to the General Manager.
