JOB ROLE : Team leader QUALIFICATION : Any Degree ( Arrears up to certain limits accepted ) LOCATION : ERODE PROBATION : Up to 3 months SALARY : Up to 56k during probation ( for entire 3 months) 15k to 30k per month post probation. JOB DESCRIPTION : Once selected have to undergo certain classes, IRDA exam and a mandatory training as advisor achieving certain specified targets. Post probation will be promoted as Team Leader and will have to recruit as well as manage the team to carry on daily chores of the company. SELECTION PROCESS : 1. Shortlisting of resumes 2.
