Job Description:   - Interact with Architects, Project Managers, engineers, contractors, interior designers, etc -Build and maintain relationships with contacts - Visit prospect customers for new business - Develop full understanding of product - Conduct market research for lead creation and sales generation - Follow up regularly with client to asses customer satisfaction and to identify additional business opportunities - Travel to nearby districts as per requirements - Strive to achieve sales goals - Follow up on collection of outstanding payments   Work Experience:   3-7 years in marketing and sales related fields preferably in construction related industry   Skills:    - Strong Communication skills (English, Telugu, Hindi) -  Ability to build strong customer relationships - Independent - Negotiating Skills - Persuasive - Outgoing - Extrovert
