• Basic Travel knowledge along with the hand-on experience at least one GDS in Amadeus will be an added advantage • Good geographical knowledge • Collect relevant details regarding proposed trip from client. • Should be able to handle requirements for Passport, visa, air ticketing, Domestic packages and interntional tour packages. • Handling Customers for both domestic international holiday packages, follow ups with customers /clients, agents Requirements Well groomed and pleasing personality Good geographical knowledge Aggressive & Target driven Proficient with computers. Should be good at updating and follow-up. Meeting client requirements timely and effectively thereby winning their goodwill. Willingness to multi-task.
