Location :NSW, Sydney CBD   Administration Assistant-Office All-Rounder -$54-60,000 Established for over ten years this food manufacturer and supplier are market leaders in their field, they have an established and excellent reputation in the market place. Priding themselves on their excellent client relationships, this role is pivotal to their business and is the first point of contact to any clients. The daily duties will involve taking inbound calls, processing sales orders, liaising with clients regarding order delays, creating reports, tracking orders, daily reconciling driving run sheets, processing staff timesheets, receipt and processing of incoming goods and general administration. You may be required to work every 4th Saturday to meet high weekend demand. You'll have working in a manufacturing environment, demonstrate a can do attitude with the ability to communicate well at all levels. You will also have excellent knowledge of the order entry, back orders and tracking delivery process. You'll be working as part of a collaborative team in a varied/busy office role.
