FIDUCIA SECURITY AND FACILITIES MANAGEMENT

Oversee operations of territory, including: Recruitment of Guards Training, Discipline & Attendence of Guards Supervision of operations including surprise check and daily beats/rounds. Create or implement security standards, policies, and procedures. Supervise subordinate security professionals, performing activities such as hiring, training, assigning work, evaluating performance, or discipline New clients Acquisition and Relationship management with existing clients Sales and Marketing of services. LOCATION : DELHI SALARY : 3.0 LAKH TO 4.50 LAKH (BEST IN THE INDUSTRY) PREFERENCE TO DIPLOMA / CERTIFICATE HOLDERS IN SECURITY AND FIRE SAFETY. EXPERIENCE : MINIMUM 3 YEARS
