The Analyst is also responsible for escalating cases presenting potential fraud and reputational risk to the Group. Desired Candidate profile: Excellent command of English.Should be able to speak kannada/Telugu. Strong customer service mentality with first-rate attention to detail and accuracy. Flexible with shifts and ready to work 6 days a week. Self-motivated, able to work as part of a busy team Ability to work in a high-volume work environment with excellent organizational skills. Strong all round understanding of basic computer software especially Excel and Word. Quality of investigation and root cause analysis. Maintenance of TAT/SLA. Immediate Joiners. Package: Freshers fixed salary 13k to 15k, Max experience required is 2 years and package based on their last CTC.
