Job Description
Insurance Executive responsibilities and Duties are as follows -
Administer all inbound calls from various customers and leads, make outbound calls to generate leads .
Acquire insurance data from exsisiting customer
Prepare all product quotes for all required customers and use of ABIBL portal for insurance renewal.
Maintain knowledge on all complex policies and coverage details for same and assist customers to complete all applications and forms and all required documents .
Mahindra First Choice Services (MFCS) is a company of Mahindra Group and is India’s leading chain of multi-brand car workshops with over 280 workshops present in 250+ cities & 22 states. It has serviced over 830,000 cars. The company aims to establish country wide network of over 400 workshops by March 2018.
