1. Washes pots, pans and traps; maintains neat appearance of working areas and leaning
equipment storage area .
2. Sweeps and mops kitchen floors .
3. Cleans garbage cans and waste barrels .
4. Washes work tables, walls and refrigerators .
5. Assists in dish room, operating dish machine .
6. Launders rags and aprons as needed .
