Job Description

Main responsibilities include planning and deploying SharePoint-based intranet and collaboration portals.

  • SharePoint SP Enterprise (and Foundation) - Administration and Architecture
  • SharePoint SP provision and operation of solutions (third-party solutions and in-house developments)
  • SharePoint SP Create powershell scripts
  • SharePoint SP Create and evaluate performance analytics for optimization
  • Documentation - Incidents and changes
  • Documentation - Reviewing installation descriptions
  • Testing - Creation, organization and controlling of tests
  • Team and communication skills and willingness to learn
  • Preparation and execution of maintenance windows

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Installation, configuration, reporting and documentation of SharePoint infrastructures and additional software solutions
  • Monitoring and ensuring the operation as well as optimization of operational processes
  • Further development of the systems and maintenance (including regular patch management)
  • Cooperation with exciting IT projects
  • Good knowledge of architecture management and experience in ITIL data center infrastructure operation
  • Good knowledge about SharePoint administration (operation, configuration, support) and PowerShell scripting
  • Know-how in the areas of web servers and databases
  • Team and communication skills and willingness to learn

Required Qualification

  • Comprehensive and in-depth knowledge of English language
  • SharePoint SP Enterprise (and Foundation) - Administration - Comprehensive and in-depth knowledge
  • SharePoint SP Enterprise (and Foundation) - Infrastructure - Conception and Construction - Basic knowledge
  • Microsoft Office Products (2013 and 2016) - Extensive knowledge
  • Standard Analysis Tools (Fiddler, Wireshark, Netmon and Standard SharePoint Analysis Tools) - Extensive and in-depth knowledge
  • Powershell - Comprehensive and in-depth knowledge
  • Perfmon - Comprehensive and in-depth knowledge
