JOB DESCRIPTION - Business Development Executive (Corporate Sales)
  • Develop a strong understanding about the business and the industry.
  • Measure and report performance & growth on a monthly basis.
  • Conducting a research and analysis of the current business, growth and development.
  • Identifying the areas of potential growth through various marketing and activation strategies.
  • Initiate and lead corporate tie ups and build strong business relations.
  • Should be well versed with cross-selling & upselling tactics.
  • Responsible for giving corporate presentations to B2B clients.
  • Responsible for cold calling & cold visits.
  • Providing a weekly schedule of activity planning.
  • Setting & achieving revenue targets month on month basis.
  • Take ownership of lead generation, client acquisition, sales and business development.
  • Keeping abreast the competitor activity and recommend necessary tactical actions.
 
Skills Required
  • Presentable personality and fluent communication skills (English, Hindi)
  • Excellent relationship building skills.
  • Strong professional network in small scale and large scale organizations is a must.
