Job Description
1) Ecommerce Marketplace Operation Executive:-  
     
Experience 2yrs - 5 yrs
  • Ability to understand a variety of technology products and services that will guide the e-commerce business.
  • Aware of Listing and selling products online via different Ecommerce websites like eBay, Amazon etc (Use of bulk listing tools).
  • Oversee day to day running of online marketplace channels.
  • Stock Management for a different range of product.
  • Responsible for maintaining ecommerce website (processing and receiving orders, customer service and item descriptions).
  • Keep eye on competitor listings and compiling information on products and pricing.
  • Supervise the adding up, removal and promotion of marketplace product.
  • Coordinate online orders placed via all web portals. 
  • Provide Customer service for all online orders by coordinating with production for shipments.
  • Work with development team to troubleshoot web issues.
  • Create and send promotional email blasts and drive traffic to our website.
  • Promptly responding to enquiries by customer either by telephone, electronically or face to face Calls, chats or walk-ins.
 
2)  Software Application Database Tech Support 
   
    Experience: 1 yr to 6 yrs
  • Must be able to Communicate fluently in English Read, Write , Speak.
  • Able to do Software Installation Remotely at customers' PC.
  • Remote Trouble shooting of the customer queries.
  • Handling the technical query phone calls.
  • Conducting online training for our customers.
  • Responsible for taking Inbound Calls of Potential customers.
  • Able to provide best-in-class customer service and resolution to customer queries.
  • Provide International client support and technical issue resolution via E-Mail, Phone and Remote support.
  • Ability to employ a high level of interpersonal and communication skills to solve customer problems.
  • Deliver Software/Technical assistance based on instruction and pre-established guideline.
  • Interacting with the customers to gather their feedback regarding the products/Applications.
  • Ability to distinguish among data provided and identify relevant information.
  • Ability to handle incoming inquiries effectively and efficiently for application/software.
  • Ability to log all incoming calls and accurately complete case notes in the call tracking database.
  • Knowledge of various PC Operating Systems (Win 7, etc.).

3) Dot Net Application Software Developer
    
    Experience: 1 yr to 6 yrs
  • ASP.Net (C# and VB.NET) 
  • Knowledge on WCF Services or Microsoft Web API 
  • Strong Knowledge pr experience on MVC or MVVM architecture 
  • Knowledge or experience on JavaScript Frameworks likes Angular JS, Knockout JS or similar is a plus point.

  • Responsibilities include keyword research (discovery and expansion), review and editing of creative copy (titles and descriptions), review and analysis of web site performance metrics, and optimization of campaigns
  • Keep pace with SEO, search engine, social media and internet marketing industry trends and developments
  • Information of Search Engine updates like Penguin, Panda etc.
  • Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance in accordance client goals.
