Job Description
reading Weld-OMS (Order Management System) for Manufacturing standard for welding and loading operations based on inputs provided.
Executes weld manufacturing project activities in virtual manufacturing environment.
Conducts Weld-Ergo analysis : Ergo analysis of weld manufacturing process as per inputs provided.
Creates Weld SOE- (Standard operating environment).
Writes welding SOE in planner as per sequence provided and time element assignment
( Weld data application)
Has good awareness of welding processes, inspection and validation.

Has 2 3 years weld manufacturing shop floor experience.
Has good knowledge of Arc welding processes like MIG, TIG etc.
Good awareness of Welding and its sequencing (ergo-analysis) so that cycle time is optimal.
Has good awareness of loading, unloading of Parts, Assemblies so that cycle time is optimal.
Has good knowledge in creating Welding-OMS.
Has good knowledge of wplanner.
Knowledge of weld fixtures.
