Our company is looking for a dynamic candidate who has minimum of 5 years experience in handling sales of Namkeens/Chips or related FMCG products.
- Developing a relevant client base for companys products by maintaining healthy relations with the customers, thereby aiding in client satisfaction/ retention.
- Looking after marketing & sales through dealers and distributors in assigned territory, developing new dealer / distributor and cultivate new market for business.
- Accountable to manage Market Scheming, Stock Level of Distributors and handled Primary & Secondary Sales; handling distributors issues with regard to claims & ROI.
- Generating new business through market expansion i.e. horizontal & vertical expansion.
- Working towards the enhancement of distribution coverage and keep an eye on competitors activities for retail & wholesale operation; focus on competition strategies and successfully develop tactics to kill competition by presenting the available packages in a distinct manner.
- Formulating and implementing sales & distribution plan at the outlet level, to achieve sales targets; coordinating brand promotion activities in the concerned territories.
- Coordinating with other departments to run the business process smoothly and to maintain the appropriate pace of information flow-out.
- Enhancing the skills of secondary field force via different training programs regarding profitable selling/market activation and motivating the team through different activities like sports/competitions.
- Carrying out auditing and evaluating channel performance; handling MIS-collation of data for effective competition tracking and performance gauzing.
