Designation: Branch Sales Officer,B.S.O/C.S.O ( Bank Onroll Job )
Key Responsibility Areas:
1) New customer acquisition for Current Account & Saving Account( CASA Sales).
2) Ensure quality sourcing of new customer and cross-sell different banking products like Loans, Life & General Insurance and Mutual funds.
3) Penetration of Fixed Deposit to existing & new customers
4) Generate leads of customer through field activity, direct customer meetings, references, internet mining & market mapping.
5) Ensure quality customer service is delivered.
6) Meeting productivity norms and monthly target defined by the Bank.
7) Strictly adhere & maintain KYC norms compliance.
8) Follow the norms, regulation & practices of banks religiously.
NOTE: This is field & marketing job
Gross Salary: 1.20 to 1.80 Lac per annum + Lucrative Incentives.
Eligibility:
1.Any Graduate or Post Graduate.
2.Fresher/Experience both can appy
3.Age Bar: Not above 35 years.
4.Must have flair in sales & marketing.
5.Should be a target & result oriented personality.
6.Should be smart, confident and possess decent personality.
7.Ability to build and maintain strong relationship with new and existing customers.

2.Carry 10th, 12th, Graduation & PG Original Mark sheet + Two Photocopies each.
