Optimistic Technosolutions are hiring talented & smart Business Development Executive and Online Bidder with the experience in Business Development & Lead Generation for web development projects. Source will be from overseas client or different bidding portals like Elance, GURU, upwork and Freelancer etc or managing the leads which directly come from different source.
The Person will be responsible for selling and up selling the software services to new and existing clients and providing excellent Customer service in support of organisation sales & revenue goals.
Scope and Responsibilities: -
-Should be target oriented as per assigned numbers.
-Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries;
-Should be self-motivated and have positive outlook and problem solving attitude.
-Responsible for online bidding on Upwork, Elance, GURU Freelancer etc portal.
-Online bidding, follow ups, competition analysis, discussion with offshore clients.Generating Business for Internet marketing, Web designing etc., writing proposals, RFP, RFI responses for services and clients close deals.
-Should be able to generate leads via cold calling, telephone calls, marketing campaigns, emails, personal meetings.
-Should have listening to customer requirements carefully and presenting appropriate system demonstrations.
-Should be able to maintain and develop relationships with existing customers in person, via telephone calls and emails.
-Should be able to negotiate the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
-Should be able to negotiate costs, delivery and specifications with decision makers.
-In depth analysis of market and competition.
-Representing companies products and solutions at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations.
-Creating detailed proposal documents as per customer requirements.
-Payment collections from respective customers.
-Solid commitment to sales and customer service with good interpersonal skills, initiative and follow-through outstanding computer skills including solid knowledge of spread sheets (MS Excel), word processing (MS Word).
-Should be able to handle multiple priorities when needed without compromising delivery & schedule.
-Knowledge of software development life cycle
1+ years of work experience in selling software solutions (B2B,B2C) is preferred.
-A bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Business or a related field preferred.
-Excellent written and oral communications skills
extremely organized with good follow-up habits and the ability to multi-task
-Ability to travel as needed Domestic and International
-Ability to work outside of normal office hours when necessary to align sales activities with client work schedules
-Ability to work with minimal supervision
