Requirements:- Extensive experience in Software products/services (e.g. web development, mobile development, web designing etc.) Sales.
- Experience working with Government, Healthcare or Retail clients is a huge plus.
- Proactively prospect in the Territory to create opportunities & interact with top management level.
- Map out the key players for potential new business initiatives and determine/document appropriate sales strategy.
- Understanding customers' diverse, specific business needs and applying product knowledge to meet those needs.
- Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
- Analyze customer needs in terms of current business obstacles, identifying opportunities and scoping potential
- Products Support of partner, programs and events Leads the team in following sales methodology and best practices
- Effectively advise and influence the customer especially within the development of business needs, decision criteria, and creation of an ROI framework, through consultative selling techniques and relevant marketing/sales campaign.
- Execute high quality one on one discussions utilizing advanced questioning and influencing skills with customer
- IT business leaders - The objective being to influence the corporate strategy regarding the use of it Solutions.
- Meets assigned targets for profitable sales growth in assigned product lines.
- Provides coaching and professional development to team-member sales associates in order to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.
- Supports initiatives that ensure product profitability.
- Achieves product growth targets in the assigned geography or account base.
- Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards.
- Experience through the entire sales cycle, including: building a pipeline, creating a proposal, presenting and discussing solutions with critical decision-makers, and contract negotiation is required.

Job Qualifications:Education: Preferably an MBA with Marketing.
Experience: 5-8 years of experience in software sales/ marketing
