Job Description

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF JOB PURPOSE: (Check Key Responsibilities)
 Sales targets and goals to be achieved.
 Visiting Key MNC’s Account,  Creating a healthy data base, 
 Generating New Enquiries, Sending Quotes, Negotiating, 
 Taking Orders,  Handling complaints, Taking Feedback, 
 Field working, Analyzing the assigned territory, 
 Do Presentations on the working reports etc.   
Sell the Company's products to all customers within set geographic boundaries 
 Ensure the maximum number of product lines are sold
 Focus on products with higher profit margins
 Ensure customers are not overstocked or under-stocked
 Maximise sales opportunities during special promotions
 Ensure monthly sales targets, new account targets and key product targets are achieved
 Provide on-the-job support, guidance and training to new members employed by the Company
 Maintain good relations with customers
 Communicate orders to order processing timely
 Assist customers with delivery difficulties
 Updating on sales promotional collateral and Service knowledge.
 Establishing the brand name of product / services.
 Establish and maintain a cordial relationship with current and Prospective Clients
 Preparing and maintaining master report of entire activities, including daily activity, leads, follow-up, closings, future prospects and adherence to goals.
 Representing Company in various Exhibitions
 Should have keen business acumen in analyzing and understanding business requirements, value maximization and developing new business processes and revenue streams.
 Strong base in Process setting, Market Mapping and meeting set targets. Achieve sales target by converting non buying members to buying members.
 Should travel frequently
 New Client Generation 
 Explain the concept and sell the products
 Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers via meetings/ personal visits, telephone.

Qualifications: B. Sc (Chemistry) Graduate  MBA in Marketing is Mandatory. (Depends upon the Mgmt & Experience of Candidate)
