Job Description:-

• Sales and Marketing, develop channel and distribution network, explore new clients, maintain and process with leading contractors, generate enquiries, after sales services.
• Mapping potential customers and generate leads.
• Understanding the customer’s requirements and providing solutions.
• Pre sales and technical assistance to customers.

• Develop identified new accounts
• Demonstrate our product and support to customers
• Co-ordinate with marketing for brand promotion and market development
• Participate in trade expo and generate leads
• Identifying, segment wise channels select channel partners
• Train and develop business plan
• Achieve Growth in the local market w.r.t. sales and orders intake.
• Preparation of technical & commercial proposals, costing, review and offer submission. Interact, negotiate and finalize contracts.
• To verify the orders received / finalised , for their technical and commercial acceptance, as
  per the existing norms.
• Risk assessment and control during enquiry processing, order processing.
• To maintain an effective reporting structure, Office informed about the activities in the product line concerned.
• Follow up for the orders, outstanding payment collection, L/C opening for FE orders, C-form
  collection and bank guarantee collection.

Key Skills:-

• Candidate should have enough knowledge of HVAC market. 
• Knowledge of VAC market is desirable.
• Estimation for projects required.
• Adequate knowledge of commercial and taxation is essential

• BE/MBA with Good technical Knowledge of Industrial and Waterline Valves.
• 10+ yrs. sales and marketing of Valves in HVAC /MEP/ Process Industries/ OEM etc. 5+ in managerial position, good relation with contractors.
   

Education: UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization
PG - Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization
Doctorate - Doctorate Not Required
Qualification: - Diploma in any Eng. discipline (R&AC / Mech preferable)
Experience: min 5-10 yrs. experience in HVAC projects sales
