- Development and implementing employees performance and making improvements plan
- Resolving to customer problems and complaints
- Utilizing people management tools, taking follow ups to associates their work on a regular basis
- Managing store revenue, including cash handling, Executing and monitoring loss prevention and shrink programs
- Develop program to improve customer service
- Ordering and organizing stock
- Managing all store operational issue, controlling physical inventories
- Ensure employee awareness fire safety
- Analyzing monthly P&L Report, Managing Budget
- Analyzing current sales and forecasting future sales and profit
Skills/Abilities
• Experience of CRM
• Must be able to work independently an in Team
• Must be results oriented
