RedRock DigiMark is hiring Sr. Business Development Managers/Business Development Managers with a proven background of IT Services(Software and Mobile Apps) sales to Indian and International Clients.

Candidates must have a good track record of selling in the International Market specially USA
Candidates with prior experience in Mobile Apps, ERP, Dashboards Development Sales is must
The ideal candidate should have a strong sales background
Candidates having experience of handling a team is a Plus
Candidate must be good in identifying opportunities, develop a relationship with the client, and close the sale with/without the support of the team.
Candidate must be capable of starting from first conversation to close the deal.
Candidate must be exceptionally good in rigorous follow up
As a resilient self-starter you should be able to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.

The ideal candidate MUST have:
2+ years Mobile App and Software Sales experience
Outstanding phone manner with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent Proposal and e-mail Drafting skills
Confident in closing sales independently
Skills to engage clients until sales get converted.
Be comfortable in calling International Clients
An Strong eye for details
Passion for performance, a desire to excel
A positive attitude, an ability to drive through challenges and a willingness to learn.
