Job Description
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
1.answer phones and transfer to the appropriate staff member
2.take and distribute accurate messages
3.greet public and clients and direct them to the correct staff member
4.coordinate messenger and courier service
5.receive, sort and distribute incoming mail
6.monitor incoming emails and answer or forward as required
7.prepare outgoing mail for distribution
8.fax, scan and copy documents
9.maintain office filing and storage systems
10.update and maintain databases such as mailing lists, contact lists and client information
11.retrieve information when requested
12.update and maintain internal staff contact lists
13.co-ordinate and maintain staff administrative records such as staff parking, staff phones and company credit cards
14.type documents, reports and correspondence
Education and Experience
Graduates
Exp:Fresher
Languages known:
English, Hindi (must known), Tamil
Salary: 8000 To 9000
