    • Keep eye on happenings in technologies you deal with, Learn new technologies quickly and document everything you learn and pass on knowledge to your team
    • Think 360 degrees from user perspective for whatever you develop
    • Deliver bug free projects in most useable manner and on time
    • Understand project / application requirements, analyze it and develop it
    • Follow and support Team Leader as per project requirements, time to time
