This role is responsible for the administration of the Director’s office, both within and outside the organization. The person handling this role will be the face of the Director’s office, and hence, will need to be very organized, confident, and street-smart.
Candidate should be able to manage external and internal communication on behalf of Director
Should be able to analyze and present data to enable decision-making by Director.
Assist Director in conducting monthly, quarterly, and annual reviews.
Ability to work with minimum instructions.
Establish rapport with key people in the organization.
Able to keep things Confidential.
Arranging tickets, visas and itineraries for travel
Carrying out background research for papers and presentations, including writing reports, executive summaries, newsletters, and preparing presentation decks
Preparing correspondence for external coordination
Event management
Travel with Director as and when required
