IMPERIAL is expanding operations inTAMILNADU and other part of India as well. For expansion, we require 15 Business Managers (BDM).
So we select our new joiners as Management Associate and train and develop them holistically in all functional areas of INTERNATIONAL Business Management Viz. Marketing, HR, Finance and Operations over a period of 4-6-8 months as per the following Global Training Module (GTM):
Business Associate => HR Trainer => Team Leader => Assistant Branch Head => Business Head.
Key Responsibilities:
-.Representing Blue Chip Clients
-.Responsible for establishing and strengthening relationship with customers in Business
-.Require high-involvement with work site activities, also require to prospect in assigned areas.
