Job Description
- Assistant HR manager in relation to all activities of HR and administration of TP GROUP
- Assisting in recruitment for all level(segregation of bio data, filling, calling and setting up of
- Interviews etc.)
- Salary preparation and administration of wage registration.
- Staff advance payment and recovery records to be maintained
- Compliance of statutory requirements like ESI, PF, Labours etc.(entry,challans,filling returns and keeping of statutory records etc)
- Bill verification and expense monitoring of mobile, telephone, electricity, internet etc.
- Preparation of incentive.
- Payment of building rent , tax regarding office and fulfillment of statutory requirements.
- Insurance regarding vehicle, machinery, office building, godown etc.
- Assist in concerned dept for requirement or maintenance of computer , office furniture etc.
- Interaction with local bodies (CORPORATION, BSNL, KSEB ETC)
- Assist in legal issues by co-ordinate with concerned dept
- Responsible for employee welfare, compensation and benefits administration
