OFFICE ASSISTANT - JOB PROFILE
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Collection of KYC & other documents from clients and submission of same to registrar office
- Organizing and keeping files & folders
- Dealing with inquiries or needs from the walk-in Clients
- Cooperating with workplace personnel to maintain proper connections and a friendly environment within the office
- Co-ordination with Office Administrator - Maintenance of office stationary
- Scanning all forms & documents
- Good Communication Skills - Marathi, English, Hindi
- Willing to work in a Financial Service Sector
- Willing to travel within Mumbai boundaries (Western Line)
- Should be sincere, and trustworthy.
- Good interaction abilities and professional personal display.
- Graduate Fresher
- Basic Computer Knowledge
