Maximise revenue through relationship management with existing accounts. Candidate needs to provide personal care services to clients with regard to nails. Advise and recommend clients with appropriate services along with the treatment provided. Manicurists and  pedicurists  clean, shape, and beautify fingernails and toenails.  Candidate needs to travel to client location.

- Implementation, operation and maintenance of the Information Security Management System ISO 27001 - Performs information security risk assessments and assess the control environment of the business processes and applications under review, - Assist in both internal and external audits relating to information security as well as performing independent audits to validate completeness and accuracy of the compliance program and other client audits. - Recommend/ develop remediation and corrective action plans with related governance and operational functions (such as Physical Security/Facilities, Risk Management, IT, HR, Finance, Operations and Compliance) - Author and revise policies, standards, procedures and guidelines, in conjunction with the Information Security Forum and with inputs from various stake holders. - Development and operation of related compliance monitoring and improvement activities to ensure compliance both with internal security policies and applicable laws and regulations. - Develop supporting information security awareness, training and Educational material for 27001. - Hardening review of network and server devices. - Follow up with respective stakeholder to close NCs - Ability to coordinate with outside teams regarding policies, procedures or standards, and controls.

Experience on Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing for Infrastructure / Network / Web application / Databases - Web Services Knowledge - Good Knowledge on Secure Code Review of applications. - Demonstration of Proof of concepts for exploits - Penetration Testing/ Wireless Penetration Testing & Application Security Review - Security Configuration Review of Database / Servers / Firewalls / Switches / Routers - Knowledge on open source and commercial tools and Security assessment tools. (Nessus, Acunetix, Appscan, nmap) - Good to have Security Products Knowledge, Telecom Security Knowledge & Ethical Hacking Skills - Knowledge of Operating systems preferably Linux / UNIX (IBM IAX, Sun Solaris, HP UX etc.) and network equipments - System and Network Hardening.

Experience in IT- Infrastructure Projects. Infrastructure domain knowledge is essential. - Knowledge in preparing / developing project schedules, estimation, establishing measures and milestones, definition, scoping, tracking etc. - Exposure to data centre migration/consolidation, transition, infrastructure deployment and management. - Experience in managing projects through use of processes like risk management, quality management, Issue/problem management & Scope change management. - Ability to do remote project management teams through different geographies. - Must have exposure to offshore delivery models. - Proficient in Project management tools such as MS Project Plan & processes. Sell Life Insurance plans Work on the given leads by : Enquire leads for an interest in purchasing life insurance policies Collect Documents from interested leads Ensuring timely issuance of policies by resolving pending issues Acquire New Customer by : Personal References and Cold Walk-ins Explaining benefits of life insurance to potential customers Candidate has to come to office in morning and evening for reporting. Spend the afternoon on field building new business Understand the client and pursue need based selling, suiting the customer's need and depth of pocket In the evening,  updation of days activity on the company's LMS / Excel Sheet (Lead Management System) Would spend a bulk of his time on field, thus the candidate should be self motivated and result oriented Company would provide I-Pads/TAB's to selected candidates to enhance their sales presentations

Daily updating leads on maximizer, follow up on leads, presence in malls and interacting with the customers

Recruit and develop a team of Life Insurance Agents/General Insurance agents from open Market Drive Business numbers through the Agent channel Build; Maintain, motivate the agents Achieving the sales target in her/his area Product Training of the Agents Ensure that the sales force is able to achieve planned business results Assign territory to the sales force; evaluate the territory's market Potential and Competitive influences

   Virtual relationship management with existing customers, for Direct Equity and all Third party products,  over the phone & digitally -            Responsible to fulfil sales  targets with proper fulfilment of processes -            Products include- Direct equity, Mutual funds, Home loan, Life and general Insurance, IPO etc.. -            Coordinate with operations & other peer group teams to serve the customer   Any 2 Saturdays in the month will be off
