Key duties/responsibilities for sales executive:- 1. Calls (including cold calling) on potential businesses and creates an effective pipeline of potential contacts. 2. Generates new businesses through a series of networking events, industry contacts, and LinkedIn. 3. Maintains existing client relationships by providing on-going consulation. 4. Develops and maintains strong working relationships with clients to create a partnership that yields success, results, and credibility. 5. Maintains accurate and organized documentation on all clients and prospects. 6. Uses effective communication approaches that include proactively keeping others informed, appropriately expressing ideas and thoughts verbally and in written form. 7. Keeps abreast of trends and innovative sales techniques in an effort to maintain a competitive edge. 8. Assists with developing and implementing strategic business development initiatives for RSS to achieve both short and long term goals. 9. Participates in special projects, as needed. 10. Partners with internal recruiters to deliver services. Salary structure will be negotiable and will be based on their Interview Performance and Company's Policy.
