ROLE & RESPONSIBLITIES Designation: CUSTOMER SALES SPECIALIST 1) To attend field meetings punctually and regularly. 2) To maintain Daily Activity Report (DAR) on a daily basis with complete details of customer (Name, address, telephone No.). 3) Ensure 6 Appointments and 3 product presentations/ Demonstrations in a day through various activities like, cold calls, reference, FLC Activities & Road shows. 4) Train customers on usage of products. 5) Ensure at least 10 courtesy calls during the month to existing customers and document in the Gift-A-Smile book. 6) Ensure he / she adheres to the KPI Parameter: Qualification: 10th , 12th and any graduate can apply. Experience: fresher.( No experience require. if anybody having relevant experience can get some other benefit.)   Documents Require: 4 passport size photo with Tie.
