Co-ordination with shipper to obtain planning prior to shipment. Receiving documents Preparing Delivery Challan Preparing Annexure for BL Prepare the BL draft and taking the approval fro the shippers. Preparing GSP, AI, IK, Invoices & Certificate of Origin Preparing indent Updating DSR and giving proper details to shipper Tracking of shipment till the container is loaded on the vessel Arranging the smooth release of BL Pre alerts and co-ordination with agent till the shipment reach at Final destination Candidates from FREIGHT FORWARDING/CHA company will be preferred. In case of confirmation from customer , registering necessary documents in the company Increasing sales, meeting new customers, retaining old customers Visiting new shippers Visiting CHA, freight forwarders Promoting profit making sectors Updating customers on new trade practices Helping existing customer for necessary requirements Making follow up for payment clearance CANDIDATES HAVING EXPERIENCE OF SALES FROM CHA /FREIGHT FORWARDING COMPANY WILL BE PREFERRED .
