We are currently looking for a IT / Engineering Recruiter to work in our Hyderabad office assisting a team who place a high volume of candidates in a variety of different roles within Construction, Engineering and IT from UK based clients.

The successful candidate must have the following experience:

• 2 + year of related Recruiting experience in corporate and recruitment agency environment
• Responsible for handling requirements from UK based clients
• Generating business by calling prospective clients and enquiring about current vacancies
• Sourcing candidates using various methods such as CV Database searching, social media mainly LinkedIn and advertisement on Job Boards
• Screening candidates to ensure they are suitable for the role by looking at their experience and qualifications
• Being the mediator between the client and the candidate at interview stage, gathering feedback from both parties
• Managing the full recruitment life cycle independently, including Searching, Screening, Coordinating Interviews, Responsible for Job posting/mass mailing.
• Sourcing from Job Portals (Jobsite, Reed, Totaljobs, Monster, Dice, Career builder), Making job postings on the Job Portal.
• Responsible to work on Permanent & contract positions.
• Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.
• Responsible for Strategy Development process which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets.
