Job Summary

  • Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business. Cold call as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
  • Need to generate Business. Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.
  • Must have team leading skills. ( Who had at least led 15+ members in their team)
  • Identify potential clients and the decision-makers within the client organization.
  • Research and build relationships with new clients. Proven working experience as a business development manager.
  • Proven sales track record. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Communication and negotiation skills. Ability to build rapport.
  • Time management and planning skills
  • Experience in Service based company and Having Knowledge in the Security and surveillance Industry is an addOn.

CONTRACT: 1 YEAR (Employee must sign on 1-year bond with our organization. Employee  must submit his/her original certificates at the time of appointment which will be given to them after the completion of 1 year contract period)


Responsibilities and Duties
Experience of BDM Should be min 5 – max 14 years experience of BDE Should be min 2 to max 5 years


Benefits
Petrol Allowances and Incentives will be provided to the employee other than the salary.

Salary: ₹15,000.00 to ₹50,000.00 /month
