• Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business. Cold call as
appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of
opportunities.
• Need to generate Business. Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and
leveraging your network.
• Must have team leading skills.( Who had at least led 15+ members in their team)
• Identify potential clients and the decision-makers within the client organization.
• Research and build relationships with new clients. Proven working experience as a
business development manager.
• Proven sales track record. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Communication and negotiation skills. Ability to build rapport.
• Time management and planning skills
• Experience in Service based company and Having Knowledge in the Security and
Surveillance Industry is an addOn.

JOB TYPE: FULL TIME

Salary for BDM & BDE’s :

Experience of BDM Should be min 5 – max 14 years

Experience of BDE Should be min 2 to max 5 years

Min 15,000 to 50,000 / month (vary according to the experience) 

Petrol Allowances and Incentives will be provided to the employee other than the salary
