Ø Must check with Staff capability - Feasibility - Funding of the project - Duration to
complete the project
Ø Pre-planning, Time management, Cost control & Quality control his dedications in the
project to complete the project on desired time
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF PROJECT MANAGER are as follows
Ø Activity and resource planning.
Ø Organizing and motivating a project team.
Ø Controlling time management.
Ø Cost estimating and developing the budget.
Ø Ensuring customer satisfaction.
Ø Analyzing and managing project risk.
Ø Monitoring progress.
DAILY ACTIVITIES
Ø Maintaining the track of the projects in hand
Ø Submit the same to the management on daily basis.
Ø Man power Utilized per day/ Budget per day.
Ø Material Consumption / Bills Raised TRACK on daily Basis

Salary for Project Manager:
Experience: Min 3years to max 10
Min 15000 to 25,000 / month (vary according to the experience)
