Primary Skills :
- Knowledge of Strategic Procurement in established process oriented large enterprises
- Independent strategic sourcing and partnership skills
- Handle end to end procurement cycle for strategic and/or high-value purchases from vendor identification, vendor registration, RFP preparation, gathering techno-commercial responses, compliance, evaluation and negotiations, working with Finance for commercial compliance, contract negotiations, PO release, ensuring quality deliveries, invoice processing, and exception handling
- Time driven and methodical approach
- Ability to think strategically and add value to the business by bringing right vendor partner relationships
- Fast response to urgent needs
- Ability to lead a team in the future
Secondary Skills :
- Clear and transparent written and verbal Communications esp in English
- Excellent Manufacturing and/or Tech Industry knowledge is a must
Preferred / Expected Candidate :
