- Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business. Cold call as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
- Need to generate Business. Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.
- Must have team leading skills.( Who had at least led 15+ members in their team)
- Identify potential clients and the decision-makers within the client organization.
- Research and build relationships with new clients. Proven working experience as a business development manager.
- Proven sales track record. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Communication and negotiation skills. Ability to build rapport.
- Time management and planning skills
- Experience in Service based company and Having Knowledge in the Security and Surveillance Industry is an addOn.
JOB TYPE: FULL TIME
Salary for BDM & BDE’s :
- Experience for Senior BDM should be min10 - max15 years
- 50,000 - 70,000 / month (vary according to the experience)
- Petrol Allowances and Incentives will be provided to the employee other than the salary.
