Senior Billing Engineer

Full Job Description

• Responsible for preparation & checking of measurement sheets of RA bills for clients.
• Coordination with client & contractor and all activities related to RA bill checking
• Checking subcontractor’s bills.
• Preparing quantities and rate analysis.
• Attending meetings to review and update the progress of site.
• Coordinating with the Project Manager/Site Engineer
• Reporting the activities to the HOD/Director
• Checking Reconciliation of Bulk materials and other Project materials.
• Preparation of Daily Project Report for tracking material reconciliation in the future.
• To ensure the Accuracy/Correctness of the certificate of payment issued.
• Preparing the work orders & amendments for sub-contract works and taking the approval for the same.
• Record and Verify the drawings as per Revisions.
• Preparation of BOQ (Item Rates), Rate analysis, Preparation of Measurements for Client Billing.
• Arithmetic and technical checking of all bills
• Should be able to prepare client's and sub-contractor bills.
• Providing billing related information/documents to client as and when required.

Preparing and Maintaining of all important documentation.
Required Candidate profile
Having experience preferably from Industrial Construction Organization. Willingness to travel unto 25%..if required.

• Qualification: Bachelors in Engineering (Civil) with 8-12 year of Experience in Industrial construction is MUST.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
