Responsibilities

  • Own the Brand & Product Positioning strategy in India as the lead market
  • Lead campaign strategy, shape the creative, and oversee the execution of off-platform integrated marketing programs that build brand awareness, relevance, and equity
  • Create brand health goals and regularly monitor to understand the strategy's effectiveness and creativity, identifying opportunities to differentiate our offerings.
  • Build marketing strategies that drive top-of-funnel & conversions for respective categories
  • Build compelling product narratives and implement them across online and offline channels.
  • Responsible for planning and research -brand, product, or any campaigns.
  • Responsible for 360 campaign execution and tracking and reports
  • Ability to formulate, execute and track ground-level activations to drive brand and product awareness
  • Responsible for internal communications and media utilization.
  • Attention to detail on all media deliverables.
  • Maximize utilization of associations and partnerships to amplify the brand.
  • Measure strategy effectiveness with an increase in revenue and drive overall category revenue

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Experience working closely with creative, channel, and product partners to bring brand strategies to life through distinct, impactful campaigns.
  • Expertise in leading brand identity, strategy, management, and marketing.
  • Analytical and data-driven, with a proven ability to synthesize brand and business data to build coherent brand strategies and recommendation

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
