Full Job Description
- Own the Brand & Product Positioning strategy in India as the lead market
- Lead campaign strategy, shape the creative, and oversee the execution of off-platform integrated marketing programs that build brand awareness, relevance, and equity
- Create brand health goals and regularly monitor to understand the strategy's effectiveness and creativity, identifying opportunities to differentiate our offerings.
- Build marketing strategies that drive top-of-funnel & conversions for respective categories
- Build compelling product narratives and implement them across online and offline channels.
- Responsible for planning and research -brand, product, or any campaigns.
- Responsible for 360 campaign execution and tracking and reports
- Ability to formulate, execute and track ground-level activations to drive brand and product awareness
- Responsible for internal communications and media utilization.
- Attention to detail on all media deliverables.
- Maximize utilization of associations and partnerships to amplify the brand.
- Measure strategy effectiveness with an increase in revenue and drive overall category revenue

- Experience working closely with creative, channel, and product partners to bring brand strategies to life through distinct, impactful campaigns.
- Expertise in leading brand identity, strategy, management, and marketing.
- Analytical and data-driven, with a proven ability to synthesize brand and business data to build coherent brand strategies and recommendation
