Designation- Technical Support Associate (Inbound)
Location- Noida, India
Salary Range- 15k-50k + Amazing Incentive
· Candidates should have excellent communication skills.
· Minimum 1-2 years of IT Sales/ quota-carrying experience.
· Able to take the calls regarding emails, games, printer, router, laptop, Wi-Fi, and solve the query of US clients.
· Troubleshooting technical issues related to computers & focus on selling of Annual/ Per incident plan.
· Responsible for effectively handling customer objections/queries and meeting conversion/revenue targets. Respond to request for support and assistance from customers.
· Should have strong technical aptitude and understanding of IT/ Technology.
· Willing to work in US timings.
· Achieving Team Targets.
Candidate Profile:-
Under Graduate, Graduate or Above ( Any Stream).
Good Communication Skills.
B.Tech, B.C.A, any computer background and basic computer knowledge for troubleshooting or technical aptitude (ability to learn).
A desire to continually learn about products & services.
Accuracy and Time Management skills.
Target Oriented person with a zeal to perform
