Designation: Customer Sales Representative Job Description:               Responsible for making outbound calls to leads generated and/or lists provided Delivers prepared sales talks, reading from scripts that describe products or services, in order to persuade potential customers to purchase a product or service Educates customers about products or services and prices Gives advice about how these may benefit customers personally Describes the product benefits and any special offers Fills up the CRM Manages leads and follows up the information from customer database Converts leads to sales for specific items Skills and Specifications: Candidate must possess excellent English verbal and written communication skills He/ she should have good selling skills, formal presentation skills, problem solving skills and a pleasing personality He/she should be persuasive, adaptable and innovative His/her stress tolerance level should be high as this profession is highly competitive Willingness to work in night shift (06:30 PM – 04:30 AM) Age group: 18-30 years only Experience: 0-3 years, Freshers may apply Perquisites: Free drop-off facility in night shift Fixed weekly off (Sat-Sun) & Fixed Shift, No Rotations
